This is a petition under Sections 11 and 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 for initiation of proceedings against the respondents for non-compliance of the order dated 24.09.2024 passed in CWP-13801-2022. 2.
Learned counsel for the respondents has filed a compliance report by way of affidavit dated 26.08.2025 of Naveen Kumar (HCS), Estate Officer, HSVP, Faridabad, which is taken on record. Registry to scan and tag the same at the appropriate place. It has been stated in the report that the petitioner has already been allotted land measuring 1 kanal 8 marlas which is one marla extra as against his entitlement of 1 kanal 7 marlas i.e. 568 sq. mtrs. Learned counsel for the respondents has pointed out that in the writ petition being CWP-13801-2022, the prayer of the petitioner herein was that the respondents therein had encroached upon 3 kanals 8 marlas of land owned by the petitioner-Company. Learned counsel has further pointed out that since Yogesh Sharma 2025.08.28 10:13 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this judgment/order.

COCP-2690-2025 (O&M) the land of the petitioner measuring 3 kanals 8 marlas had been utilized, as per the Policy the petitioner was to be allotted 40% of the land i.e. approximately 568 sq. mtrs. i.e. 1 kanal 7 marlas of land in lieu of the land utilized. As per the compliance report, the needful has already been done, rather 1 marla extra land had been allotted to the petitioner for which he would need to deposit the requisite payment.

In view of the above, no further orders are required to be passed in the present case. Rule stands discharged. The present petition is disposed off accordingly.
