This petition has been filed under Section 528 of BNSS, 2023 (corresponding Section 482 Cr.P.C.) seeking directions to official respondents No. 2 and 3 to take action against private respondents No.4 to 9 in compliance of letter Memo. No.14/1/04-BM-2/4635 dated 02.06.2004 and to enquire into the representation dated 16.04.2026 (Annexure P-4). 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the petitioner has preferred a representation dated 16.04.2026 (Annexure P-4) to respondent No.2Deputy Commissioner of Police, District Amritsar but no action has been taken so far. Learned counsel submits that he would be satisfied if directions are issued to respondent No.2- Deputy Commissioner of Police, District Amritsar to look into his representation and take appropriate steps at the earliest. 3.

Keeping in view the facts and circumstances of the case and the limited prayer made by the petitioner, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2- Deputy Commissioner of Police, District Amritsar to consider and decide the representation dated 16.04.2026 (Annexure P-4) of the petitioner in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order and pass an appropriate order.
