(Oral) The petitioner has approached this Court under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, inter alia seeking quashing of letter/communication dated 27.07.2016, which is appended as Annexure P-10 with the writ petition, issued by respondent No.2, whereby, the performance of the petitioner has been assessed to be 'non satisfactory'. A further prayer for quashing of tender bearing No.Cell-II/2016, dated 02.08.2016 (Annexure P-11), further revised on 16.08.2016 (P-13), issued by respondent No.2 for 'Bearer Services of Hospital Areas' and another tender bearing No.CE-II/2016, dated 02.08.2016 (Annexure P-13), revised on 16,.08.2016 (Annexure P-14) has also been made. 2.
After arguing for sometime, when the Bench was not inclined to agree with the learned counsel for the petitioner, he prayed that the writ petition be dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Civil Court or to avail any other alternative remedy as may be available to it, in accordance with law.
