CWP-14575-2023 Instant writ petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing respondents No.1 to 4 to conduct the enquiry with respect to the complaint dated 03.07.2023, Annexure P-10, filed by the petitioner.
It has been contended by counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner would be satisfied if his complaint, dated 03.07.2023, Annexure P-10, is decided in a time-bound manner.
