The petitioner has approached this Court seeking issuance of directions to the Trial Court to conclude the trial in respect of complaint No.62/2021 dated 29.7.2021 titled 'Ms. Konica Vs. Aman Car Zone' under Section 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act at the earliest.

Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner but without commenting anything as regards merits of the case, the instant petition is disposed of with a direction to the Trial Court concerned to conclude the trial in respect of complaint No.62/2021 dated 29.7.2021 expeditiously preferably within a period of 4 months from today.

A copy of this order be conveyed to the Trial Court concerned for necessary compliance.
