Grievance of the petitioner is that the application filed by the petitioner for issuance of Change of Land Use Certificate, is not being decided. The acquisition of land owned by the petitioner for setting up of factory was challenged by filing CWP No.1223 of 2006, which was allowed vide judgment dated 28.1.2011 subject to certain conditions. But till date, the process of identifying the land for infrastructure facility, has not been concluded, as a result of which, application filed for the purpose before the Commissioner is pending.

Learned counsel for the State, on instructions from Chirag Singh, Assistant Town Planner, Urban Local Bodies, Haryana, Chandigarh, submitted that the process for identifying the land required for infrastructure facility has been completed. The part of the land, which is required to be acquired, has been identified and the land which is not required by the State, has been de-notified by issuing notification under Section 48 of the Land Sharmila Devi 2017.03.22 14:37 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

CWP No.21312 of 2015 -2Acquisition Act, 1894 on 29.12.2016. Necessary changes in revenue record, if any required to be made, will be carried out. The application filed by the petitioner for grant of Change of Land Use Certificate will be finally decided within two months from the date of receipt of copy of the order. If any information is required from the petitioner, the same shall be intimated to him within one week from today.
