Heard. This Court has passed an order in CWP No.21306 of 2015 today remanding the case to the appellate authority at New Delhi. The impugned order in this petition is of the same tone and tenor as that of the impugned order passed by the Presiding Officer, EPFAT, New Delhi impugned in the aforesaid writ petition.

For the reasons stated in that order, this petition is allowed and the impugned order is set aside and this case would also be governed by the ruling in CWP No.21306 of 2015 rendered on October 6, 2015. The case is remitted to the Appellate Tribunal to issue notice to the parties on a date fixed by it.
