The present petition has been filed by the petitioner under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, seeking a writ of mandamus, directing respondent No.1 to to consider and decide the representation dated 28.05.2016 (Annexure P-2). 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that liberty may be granted to the petitioner to supplement the representation/notice dated 28.05.2016 (Annexure P-2) by attaching other necessary documents and the same may be considered by the respondents in a time bound manner.

Learned counsel for the respondents has no objection to the innocuous prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner. 4.

In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of with a direction that if any such supplementary representation/justice demand notice is made on behalf of the petitioner within a period of 04 weeks from today, the same shall be considered and decided by respondent No.1 within a period of 03 months thereafter.
