With the consent of the parties, the petition is disposed of by this order.

The petitioner had challenged the respondents' refusal to consider its bid on the ground that it had been blacklisted. The petitioner contended that the blacklisting order has been quashed and, therefore, there was no question of his bid not being considered. CWP-2133-2015 - 2 - we passed an interim order that till further orders the work order shall not be issued in favour of any party. 3.

The learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondent No.2 states that the respondents are willing to award the order in favour of petitioner in respect of the items for which it has submitted the bid in the event of it being the L-1. The petitioner's grievance, therefore, stands redressed. 4.

The writ petition is disposed of on the above statement of the respondent No.2 which is accepted.

The writ petition in so far as it challenges the show cause notice for blacklisting the petitioner is dismissed. There is no warrant for interference with the show cause notice. The petitioner is at liberty to reply to the show cause notice. (S.J.
