We had reserved the matter for pronouncement after hearing but before it could be done, the Hon'ble Supreme Court gave directions that issues involving Section 24(2) of the Land Acquisition Act shall be put on hold by the courts to await the decision by the Hon'ble Supreme Court on the issue. Accordingly, we are of the opinion that the case needs to be released from our Board for the present to be listed after the decision is rendered by the Hon'ble Supreme Court. So ordered.
