*** Present: Mr.Jasbir Singh, Advocate, for the petitioners. -.- Surya Kant, J . (Oral) The grievance of the petitioners is that their land was acquired vide Award dated 31.10.2014 but till date full amount of compensation has not been paid. The petitioners have in this regard submitted the calculationsheet dated 26.10.2015 as prepared by the Tehsildar, Khanauri. The Land Acquisition Collector is said to have not released the due amount of compensation as per such calculation-sheet.

Having heard leaned counsel for the petitioners and considering the fact that the controversy pertains to execution of the Award, we dispose of this writ petition with a direction to the Land Acquisition Collector-cumSub Divisional Magistrate, Moonak, District Sangrur, to take into consideration the calculation-sheet dated 26.10.2015 said to have been submitted by the petitioners and if any amount is found due as per the said calculation-sheet, let the same be disbursed to the petitioners alongwith interest upto date. The needful shall be done within a period of two months from the date of receiving a certified copy of this order.
