RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J. (ORAL) Instant petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying for quashing of FIR No.0051, dated 14.06.2021, under Section 376 IPC and Section 6 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offence Act, 2012, registered at Police Station Hathur, District Ludhiana and all further consequent proceedings arising therefrom on the basis of compromise, dated 09.07.2021, Annexure P-2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition with liberty to avail alternative remedy available to him in accordance with law.

Allowed as prayed for.
