Prayer in this petition, filed under Section 483 of the BNSS, 2023 (earlier Section 439 Cr.P.C.), is for grant of regular bail to the petitioner, who has been booked in a criminal case arising out of FIR No.278 dated 22.04.2025, under Sections 115(2), 126(2), 190, 191(3), 351(3), 118(1), 109(1), 61(2), 126(2) of BNS (Corresponding Sections 323, 341, 149, 148, 506, 324, 307, 120B, 341 of IPC) and Section 25 of Arms Act at Police Station Palla, Faridabad. 2.

While dealing with the bail application of co-accused- (i) Sharik, (ii) Lucky @ Romio, (iii) Arif and (iv) Piyush Kumar Singh, except of Lukcy @ Romio, all other accused were granted bail by this Court vide order dated 27.02.2026 passed in CRM-M-51503-2025 and other connected cases. Learned State counsel submits that in the mobile recording petitioner was also noticed to be present there on the spot. 4.

In view of the fact that the petitioner was found present on the spot alongwith his co-accused Lucky @ Romio, no ground for bail is made out at this stage.

Petition is dismissed at this stage.
