Present petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India is challenge to the summons dated 22.02.2018 (Annexure P8) and 02.05.2018 (Annexure P10) issued to the petitioner on the ground that he is neither a part of the management of the company nor has any other role to play and as such the summons could not be issued to him. Present petition is not maintainable at this stage and the same stands dismissed. However, petitioner to submit the authority a proper reply, which shall decide the matter expeditiously.
