!#!" $  Civil Writ Petition No.9226 of 1995 filed by the petitioner was disposed of on 8.7.2014 giving liberty to the petitioner to file a representation with the respondents for the payment of difference in pay during the period 10.4.1991 to 14.6.2000 and other benefits accruing to him for that period.

It is contended that in furtherance of the aforesaid order, though, the petitioner has submitted representation dated 15.9.2014 (Annexure P+6) followed by reminder dated 16.10.2014 (Annexure P+ 7), but no action has been taken by the respondent. Learned counsel for the petitioner states, that at this stage, the petitioner will be satisfied, if directions are issued to the respondent to decide his claim raised in the aforesaid representation. %

In view of above, without commenting on the merits of the case, this petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent to consider and take a decision on the claim of the petitioner, as raised by him in the representation dated 15.9.2014 (Annexure P+6) by passing a speaking order expeditiously, preferably, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order. If the petitioner is found entitled to any monetary benefits, the same be paid to him within two months, thereafter.
