The present contempt petition has been filed for deliberate and intentional disobedience of order dated 09.09.2025 passed by this Court in CWP-21464-2018.

On asking of the Court, Mr. Harish Nain, AAG, Haryana, accepts notice on behalf of the respondent and submits that in compliance of order dated 09.09.2025 passed by this Court in CWP-21464-2018, speaking order dated 19.05.2026 has been passed by the Secretary, Haryana Staff Selection Commission, Panchkula, after considering the case of the petitioner. He has produced a copy of the said speaking order dated 19.05.2026 in the Court. The same is taken on record. A copy thereof has been given to learned counsel for the petitioner. In view of the above, since order dated 09.09.2025 passed by this Court in CWP-21464-2018, has been complied with, therefore, the present contempt is purged and rule stands discharged. 5.

Needless to say that the petitioner is at liberty to avail remedy as is available to him in accordance with law to challenge the said speaking order dated 19.05.2026.
