(ORAL) Counsel for respondent No.2 has produced copy of the order dated 02.08.2025 passed by Superintendent (Establishment-3), Punjab School Education Board whereby the services of the petitioner has been ordered to be regularized. Original regularization order has been handed over to the counsel for the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the direction was to consider the petitioner's case in the light of regulations and instructions dated 18.03.2011, whereas the services of the petitioner were regularized not from the day services of her junior were regularized, but from the date i.e. 11.08.2015. He prays for liberty to challenge the order passed in compliance of the order passed by the Writ Court with respect to date of regularization. (O&M) In the considered opinion of this Court, no further order is required to be passed in the present contempt petition. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner as prayed for.
