(ORAL) The petitioner who is a juvenile has filed the instant revision against the order dated 10.05.2024, passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Amritsar, dismissing the appeal filed by petitioner against the order dated 09.04.2024, rendered by the learned Principal Magistrate, Juvenile Justice Board, Amritsar, vide which the bail application filed by the petitioner in case FIR No. 36 dated 26.02.2024 registered under Section 376AB IPC and Section 6 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 at Police Sadar, Amritsar, was dismissed.
Learned counsel for the State has filed custody certificate dated 16.07.2024 which is taken on record, as per which the petitioner has been in custody as an undertrial for a period of 04 month and 19 days.
