Learned counsel submits that despite there being a specific direction of this Court in the previous lis of the petitioners bearing CWP-10474-2024 to decide their claim taking note of the judgment in the case of Iqbal Singh vs. State of Punjab and Others, Law Finder Doc Id # 903861, the respondents while passing speaking order, has not even referred to the same, much less discussed and prays the matter be reconsidered keeping in view the aforesaid judgment. 2.

In wake of the above, learned State counsel based on the letter dated 27.05.2025 received from the Director, Medical Education and Research, Punjab, states that the impugned order shall be withdrawn forthwith and the respondent shall consider the matter afresh taking note of the judgment referred to in the order PARVEEN KUMAR 2025.05.28 16:24 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this order/judgment.

CWP-15428-2025 (O&M) -2dated 07.05.2024 passed in CWP-10474-2024, within a period of 2 months, which satisfies the learned counsel for the petitioners. 3.
