(Oral) The grievance of the petitioner-a Residents Welfare Society is against the alleged non availability of basic amenities to be provided by the builder-cum-developer from whom the residential apartments were purchased by its members. The petitioner-Society seeks intervention of the State-authorities, namely, respondent Nos.2 to 6 in the matter and take appropriate action so that the promised basic amenities are restored to the Apartment-owners. Since the petitioner-Society has approached none of the above-named authorities so far, its learned counsel submits that let this writ petition be treated as a representation on behalf of the petitioner-Society for its consideration by the authorities.

CWP No.21377 of 2015 [2] We thus dispose of this writ petition at this stage with a direction to respondent Nos.3 to 6 to treat this petition as a representation on behalf of the petitioner-Society and take necessary steps as may be required in accordance with law, after observing the principles of natural justice. Let the needful be done within a period of four months from the date of receiving a certified copy of this order alongwith a copy of the writ petition. Petitioner-Society is directed to deposit six copies of the paper book with the Registry for onward transmission to the respondents.
