This petition is filed in order to challenge the Sanad Taqsim. Admittedly, the mode of partition was proposed on 11.08.2015, to which objections were filed by the petitioner, which were rejected vide order dated 17.12.2015. The petitioner challenged the order dated 17.12.2015 by way of appeal but in the meantime, Naksha-Be was also called and the partition proceedings were over by the time the petitioner reached upto the Court of Commissioner, Hisar Division, Hisar by way of revision, which was dismissed on 16.03.2017.

Since the partition proceedings have already been completed, therefore, no interference is called for by this Court now. Consequently, the present petition is hereby dismissed being denuded of any merit.
