+ , -./ By way of the present petition the petitioner has sought correct information from the respondents with regard to the representation submitted by him. The information sought in the present case was as to what action was taken against one Naveen Mann, Clerk in Community Health Centre, Gharaunda, District Karnal. Learned AAG, on instructions from Arun Chopra, Clerk in the office of Civil Surgeon, Karnal states that inquiry against that official is in progress and would be concluded within two months and within a month thereafter the necessary information would be given to the petitioner.

Petition stands disposed of accordingly.
