By virtue of instant petition preferred under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India, petitioner has sought issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing order dated 04.07.2016 (P-3), vide which, claim of the petitioner regarding counting of termination period as qualifying service for pensionary benefits including gratuity and other retiral benefits, has been rejected. And a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to count termination period as qualifying service for pensionary benefits and other retiral benefits. 2.
Perusal of reply transpires that order dated 28.02.2018 (R-1) has already been passed, whereby, the relief sought through instant petition has been granted.

In view of the passing of order dated 28.02.2018 (R-1), whereby relief sought by the petitioner has already been granted, the instant petition is dismissed as having been rendered infructuous.
