(Oral) The present petition has been filed for seeking quashing of Complaint bearing No.NACT/7250/2023 dated 13.09.2023 filed under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881 pending before the Judicial Magistrate First Class, Bathinda as well as the impugned order dated 13.09.2023 where by the petitioner was summoned to face trial in the aforesaid complaint.

After arguing the matter at some length, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks withdrawal of the present petition with liberty to take all his pleas before the Trial Court at an appropriate stage, if so advised.

In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid.
