JASJIT SINGH BEDI, J. (Oral) The petitioner seeks the grant of anticipatory bail under Section 438 Cr.P.C. in case bearing FIR No.247 dated 23.05.2021 (Annexure P-1) under Sections 188, 120-B IPC and Section 51(B) of the Disaster Management Act, 2005 and Section 61 of the Punjab Excise Act, 1914 (Haryana Amendment Bill, 2020) registered at Police Station City Gohana, District Sonipat.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to the interim order dated 08.08.2022 passed by this Court, the petitioner has joined the investigation.

The learned State counsel on instructions from HC Sandeep Kumar submits that the petitioner has joined the investigation in terms of the order dated 08.08.2022 and is not required for custodial interrogation. In this view of the matter, interim order dated 08.08.2022 is made absolute.

However, the petitioner shall keep on joining the investigation as and when required to do so and she shall abide by the conditions as envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.

The petition stands disposed of.
