(Oral) The question raised in this petition pertains to the alleged non-execution of eviction orders passed by the Assistant Collector, 1st Grade, Naraingarh on 02.02.1994 and 02.11.1994 (P-1 & P-2, respectively) pursuant to an application filed by the Gram Panchayat under Section 7(1)(2) of the Punjab Village Common Lands (Regulation) Act, 1961, as applicable to the State of Haryana.
Shorn of the controversy, suffice it to mention that according to the petitioner, the Gram Panchayat did not take any further action in respect of the eviction orders, may be on the premise that the same have been executed. However, the petitioner has filed Execution Applications (P-3 to P-6) which are still pending.
Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and in view of the categoric stand taken by him that eviction MOHINDER KUMAR 2015.10.29 14:36 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document Chandigarh
CWP No.21392 of 2015 [2] orders have not been fully implemented so far, however, without expressing any views on merits especially when we have not heard the private-respondents at this stage, we dispose of this writ petition with a direction to the Executing Court to expeditiously decide the execution applications, after hearing all concerned, as early as possible but not later than six months from the date of receiving a certified copy of this order.
