The present petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance directions to respondents No. 2 to 5 to protect the lives and personal liberty of the petitioner and his family at the hands of respondents No. 6 to 13. Notices served upon the official respondents No. 1 to 5 through the State's counsel.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he would be satisfied in case directions be issued to respondents No. 2 to 5 to decide the representations dated 30.04.2022 and 02.07.2022 (Annexures P-1 to P-4) within the time bound manner. The prayer being innocuous is not opposed by the learned State counsel. Given above, respondent No. 3-Superintendent of Police, Palwal to decide representation dated 02.07.2022 (Annexure P-4) by passing a speaking and reasoned order within 30 working days from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. In case, the grievance of the petitioner still exists, he shall be at liberty to avail legal remedy in accordance with law including approaching this Court. Petition is allowed to the extent above. All pending applications, if any, stand disposed of.
