The petitioners have approached this Court under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, inter alia seeking quashing of the order dated 12.07.2016 (Annexure P-16) passed by the Debts Recovery Tribunal-I, Chandigarh; impugned notice dated 31.12.2014 (Annexure P-4) issued under Section 13(4) of Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 and the letter dated 27.07.2016 (Annexure P-14) issued by the respondent-Bank for taking physical possession of the properties of the petitioners. 2.

After arguing for sometime, when the Bench was not inclined to agree with the learned counsel for the petitioners, it was prayed that he may be allowed to withdraw the present writ petition. 3.

Dismissed as withdrawn, as prayed.
