**** RAJ MOHAN SINGH, J. (Oral) Petitioner seeks grant of anticipatory bail under Section 438 Cr.P.C. in a complaint case bearing No.COMA1393/2018 dated 14.11.2018 under Section 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act titled 'Amandeep Kaur vs Sandeep Singh'. Bail was declined to the petitioner primarily on the ground of his status being that of proclaimed offender. Since, vide order of even date, order dated 10.11.2020 declaring the petitioner to be proclaimed offender has been quashed in CRM-M No.3590 of 2021, therefore, petitioner would be at liberty to appear before the trial Court. On his appearance before the trial Court within 10 days, the trial Court shall admit him on regular bail subject to its satisfaction.
