(Oral) Petitioners seek indulgence of this Court for issuing directions to the respondents to allow/adjust them to the posts of Assistant Professor/Extension Lecturer in the subjects of Maths, Chemistry and Physics.

Without going into the merits and de-merits of the case, I dispose of present writ petition with a direction to the respondents to consider the case of petitioners in the light of the order Annexure P-4 and take appropriate decision thereon in accordance with law, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. It is made clear that in case decision is not taken within the time frame, there shall be costs of Rs.50,000/- to be paid to the petitioners. In case the claim of the petitioners is to be rejected, then a well reasoned and speaking order be passed and conveyed to the petitioner.
