(Oral) The prayer in the present petition under Section 528 BNSS is for directing the official respondents to file a status report in case FIR No.159 dated 10.09.2024 (Annexure P-1) registered under Sections 409, 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120-B IPC at Police Station Central Sector-17, Chandigarh and for the arrest of the private respondents. 2.

None has appeared on behalf of the petitioner. Similar was the situation on the last date of hearing.

The learned State Counsel, on instructions, submits that respondent No.5 has been arrested and the chargesheet has been submitted against him. He further submits that the investigation is still pending qua respondent No.6.
