The present petition has been filed for directing the Commission to receive the application forms under Group No. 56 and 57 as per the Advertisement dated 28.06.2024, Annexure P-4. 2.
Learned counsel for the petitioners faced with the fact that a demand ought to have been raised as a pre-requisite to seeking a writ of mandamus, prays for withdrawal of the instant petition to enable them to file a representation, which may be directed to be decided in a time bound manner. 3.
