The counsel for the petitioner states that he will be satisfied if the representation given by the petitioner under Annexure P4 for making proper arrangement of disposal of dirty water falling on her land is considered by respondent No.4 within a particular time. The representation (Annexure P-4) shall be considered by respondent No.4 and an appropriate decision shall be taken and communicated to the petitioner within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. If the petitioner is still aggrieved, she will have appropriate remedy under the Criminal Procedure Code and not through a writ petition.
