It has been stated that a compensation to two other co-owners has been paid, whereas the compensation to the petitioner has not been paid. On careful reading of the petition, it is evident that neither the date of preliminary notification nor the date of award or its detail have been disclosed. Thus, the writ petition is bereft of necessary particulars. Hence, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file fresh one after giving complete particulars.
