Mr. Harsimran Singh Sethi, Addl.A.G., Punjab, present in court, accepts notice on behalf of the State.

Grievance of the petitioner is that only partial payment of the dues has been made to him despite the fact that he has conducted various training programmes for the Department of Technical Education. Mr. Sethi, on instructions from Maninder Pal Singh, Superintendent, submits that the petitioner was asked to submit requisite date vide communication dated 07.10.2016 but needful has not been done by him. He submits that, in case, he completes the formalities, his case can be considered by the concerned authority.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed of with the observation that, in case, petitioner submits requisite data and satisfactory reply to the objections raised by the Department within 02 weeks from today, his case be considered by the concerned authority within 02 weeks thereafter.
