Dr. Pankaj Nanhera, Advocate, with Mr. Yogesh Vashista, Advocate, for the petitioners in CWP No.15482 of 2024. Mr. R.S. Budhwar, Additional Advocate General, Haryana.
Tribhuvan Dahiya, J (Oral) The petitions have been filed against the adjustment of petitioners as surplus Guest JBT teachers in zero teacher or single teacher Schools within district, vide impugned orders dated 30.06.2024 and 01.07.2024.
AVIN KUMAR 2024.07.15 18:00 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this judgment/order.
CWP Nos.15354 & 15482 of 2024 [2] 2.
Learned counsel for the petitioners contend that the adjustment has not been made in accordance with the preference given or merit determined as per MIS points of the petitioners, as required under the the guidelines issued for the purpose.
3.
Learned State counsel, on instructions, submits that the impugned orders have been issued strictly in accordance with the guidelines, dated 27.06.2024, whereby surplus regular and guest teachers have been adjusted in zero teacher or single teacher Schools within the district keeping in view the academic and administrative interests in running the schools. 4.
It is apparent from the memo/guidelines, dated 27.06.2024 that adjustment of surplus regular as well as guest teachers in the Schools without teachers, within the district where they are working, is a temporary measure as it is valid only for a period of forty-five days or till next transfer drive/Inter district drive, whichever is earlier. This has been so provided in Para 5 of the guidelines. Accordingly, this Court is not inclined to interfere with the matter.
