As such, no notice could be issued to Savitri Devi, appellant. Even, none is present on her behalf today.

In the given circumstances, the present appeal is hereby dismissed for want of prosecution, with the clause of revival, within a period of three months' from today onwards, if anyone makes appearance on behalf of the appellant.
