G.S.SANDHAWALIA, J. (Oral) The petitioner seeks a writ of mandamus for the smooth running of a pig farm. He is aggrieved against a notice issued by the Sarpanch and seeks stay of its operation and further compensatory costs against respondent no. 5-Gram Panchayat.
The writ jurisdiction cannot be exercised to take over the functioning of the Civil Court. If the petitioner has any grouse, he can always approach the competent Civil Court for the necessary relief.
