The challenge in this writ petition is to the orders dated 23.06.2016 and 18.07.2015 (Annexures P-10 and P-8) passed by respondents No. 1 and 2, respectively.

After arguing for sometime, when the Bench was not agreeing with the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel submitted that he may be allowed to withdraw the present writ petition, with liberty to the petitioner to file a review petition before respondent No. 1 as certain arguments which are raised before the said authority have not been dealt with by him, while passing the impugned order dated 23.06.2016 (Annexure P-10).

Dismissed as withdrawn. It shall, however, be open to the petitioner to take recourse to the remedy, if any, as may be available to him, in accordance with law.
