Civil writ petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, inter-alia, for issuance of writ in the nature of Certiorari to quash the impugned office order dated 25.07.2017, whereby petitioner was relieved from the post of Chairman, Permanent Lok Adalat (Public Utility Services), for short 'PLA (PUS)' in the State of Punjab. Learned counsel, on instructions from petitioner, submits that the present petition has been rendered infructuous and the same be disposed off as such.
