(Oral) The grievance of the petitioner in the present writ petition is that orders dated 03.03.2016 (Annexure P-7) and 14.09.2016 (Annexure P8) passed by respondent No.3 have not been implemented so far. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner moved representation and thereafter, served a legal notice upon respondent No.5 but no action has been taken so far. Even reply to the legal notice has not been sent. Learned counsel also submits that the petitioner would be satisfied in case, directions are issued by this Court to respondent No.5 to consider the legal notice (Annexure P-9).
Keeping in view the limited prayer of the petitioner, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.5 to consider the legal notice (Annexure P-9) and take necessary action in accordance with law preferably within a period of two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
