Prayer in this petition, filed under Section 483 of the BNSS, 2023 (earlier Section 439 Cr.P.C.), is for grant of regular bail to the petitioner, who has been booked in a criminal case arising out of FIR No.114 dated 13.05.2025, under Sections 21, 29 of NDPS Act, 341(2) of BNS (Section 473 IPC) added later on at Police Station City South, Moga, District Moga. 2.

From the possession of the petitioner - Sukhwinder Singh @ Sukha, on 13.05.2025, 500 grams of Heroin was recovered. 3.

Faced with the situation, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks withdrawal of the present petition at this stage. 4.

Dismissed as withdrawn at this stage.
