(oral) Through the instant petition under Section 438 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, the petitioner seeks anticipatory bail/pre-arrest bail in case FIR No.10, dated 05.05.2023, registered under Sections 406 and 498-A of IPC, at Women Police Station Malerkotla, District Malerkotla (Annexure P1).
