This is a petition under Sections 11 and 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 for initiation of proceedings against the respondent for non-compliance of the order dated 05.09.2023 passed in CWP-19669-2023. 2.

Learned counsel for the State on instructions states that hearing would be given to the petitioner by the Director, Town & Country Planning Department, Haryana.

In view of the statement made by the learned counsel for the State, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he does not wish to press the present petition at this stage.
