On 01.12.2023, the following order was passed by this Court:- "The petitioner through instant petition under Articles 226 and 227 of Constitution of India is seeking direction to respondent No.2 to cancel retail outlet of respondent No.3.

The petitioner has not challenged 'No Objection Certificate' issued by respondent No.2 in terms of Rule 144 of Petroleum Rules, 2002. It appears that the petitioner has no locus-standi to assail existence of petrol pump of respondent No.3.

Written statement filed on behalf of respondent No.1 is taken on record. Registry is directed to tag the same at appropriate place.
