By virtue of the present petition under Section 483 BNSS, petitioner, who is one of the co-accused in case bearing FIR No.53 dated 29.06.2024 registered under Sections 18, 29/61/85 of NDPS Act at Police Station Mallanwala, District Ferozepur, has prayed for grant of bail. 2.
Learned State counsel has submitted that all prosecution witnesses have been examined.

In view of the same, learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present petition with a prayer to direct the learned trial Court to expeditiously dispose of the trial.
