AMIT RAWAL J. (Oral) Prayer in present writ petition is for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing respondents to consider the case of petitioners and decide legal notice dated 15.04.2019 and 27.05.2019, Annexure P-5 (colly).

On asking of Court, Mr.Hitesh Pandit, Additional Advocate General, Haryana, who is present in Court, accepts notice on behalf of respondents/State.

Mr.Bishan Dass Rana, learned counsel appearing on behalf of petitioners submits that petitioners, at this stage, would be satisfied if a direction is issued to respondent No.2 to consider and decide legal notices dated 15.04.2019 and 27.05.2019, Annexure P-5 (colly) in terms of orders dated 10.01.2017 and 04.09.2014, (Annexure P-7) within some specified time.

CWP No.20450 of 2019 {2} In view of statement made by learned counsel for the petitioners and without going into merit of case or commenting thereon, present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2 to decide the legal notices dated 15.04.2019 and 27.05.2019, Annexure P-5 (colly) in terms of orders dated 10.01.2017 and 04.09.2014, (Annexure P-7) by passing a well reasoned and speaking order within a period of two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. In case, legal notices are not decided within aforementioned specified time, there shall be costs of Rs.25,000/- to be paid by the concerned officer to the petitioners.
