By way of the present petition filed under Section 528 of the BNSS, 2023, the petitioner has, inter alia, prayed for calling of a status report in respect of the complaint dated 20.05.2025 (Annexure P-6), issuance of directions to the official respondents to conduct a fair and impartial inquiry into the aforesaid complaint, and registration of a criminal case against the private respondents under the appropriate provisions of the BNS, 2023.

After arguing for some time, counsel for the petitioner seeks withdrawal of present petition with liberty to the petitioner to take recourse to the alternative remedies, as are available to him under the law. 3.

Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as sought and recorded here-above.
