Mr. Yagyadeep, Advocate, for respondents No.4 to 28. ***** Rajan Gupta, J. (Oral) Petitioners have prayed for quashing of impugned orders dated 07.08.2015, Annexures P-10 to P-14 whereby alternative houses have been allotted to them.

Learned State counsel, at the outset, submits that fresh allotment had to be made at the place where the old quarters were demolished having become dilapidated. He further pointed out that some of the petitioner have occupied the new allotted accommodation as well. As regards review out of turn allotments, Mr. Gupta submits that where ever the employee makes a representation, same can be considered by the District Allotment Committee.

Learned State counsel submits that needful shall be done. In view of the above, no further direction is necessary. Petition is hereby disposed of.
