The learned counsel representing the petitioner submits that the writ petition is required to be disposed of in terms of the judgment passed in Harbhajan Singh and Others v. State of Punjab and Another (Civil Writ Petition No. 28434 of 2019, decided on 15.02.2023) with liberty to the petitioner to file representation to the concerned department for claiming the relief sought by him in the writ petition after a fresh seniority is prepared. 2.
